I refuse to believe that motherhood has to be an island. Even though we and our babes were under the weather, a few tribe Sisters and I did life together for the weekend in a big @airbnb near the sea. The idea came to me in a vision while adventuring alone with my boys months back, and so it came to be. ✨
We held, we heard, we laughed, we cried. We didn’t have to do every single thing, because there were more hands, more eyes, more ears, more hearts to love the next generation we are raising.
On the ferry ride home, one of my Sisters let me know she already ordered herself a frame drum! I am over the moon to know there will be another voice and drum heartbeat in my world, and it gives me hope that one day soon we may begin to gather together and play.
This weekend with @six_little_spoons, @misty.mountain.mama, @organicsandme and @heymrsglore was exactly what I needed. 🌌
