Moody moon magic. โค๐Ÿ’€๐ŸŒŒ It was a man, my dear friend, Dr. Suman Chaudhuri, back in Nashville, who taught me to honor the profound gift of my body and feminine cycles. How men have to practice, often in isolation, to attain the depth of spiritual connection and release a woman gets naturally each moon cycle. And how powerful it can be when we embrace it. How, like the owl, our inner vision becomes more attuned.

I am grateful to have had so much divine masculine presence in my life. For when men are in tune with themselves and their divinity, the alchemy of growth in union is unmatched alone. We need each other, present and true.
Raising boys, I have never been more passionate about honoring the beauty of men, of masculinity and of the power in our union.
